Oligert is the ideator and co-founder of the Izogrup society back in 2004.
He has been involved in the insulation and waterproofing sector at an early age.
He began his journey when he was just seventeen in Italy where he worked as specialist
for one of the most serious companies in the city of Turin. Here he was formed and specialized
in all Waterproofing and Thermal insulation services.

After many years of work, Oligert engaged in training courses and several certifications in the sector he covers.
As an ambitious person, this was not enough for him. The time had come for Oligert to return
to Albania and to give his contribution to the Homeland. Thus, in 2004, together with his brother they
founded the Izogrup company, one of the most successful companies in the field of Waterproofing and Thermal Insulation.

Today, thanks to his creative ideas, ambitions and courage, Izogrup society employs over 70 people of new age groups.
Oligert has contributed and continues to contribute to the Albanian economy by being a regular taxpayer and employing many young people.
